3-Bids makes it easy for you to find work. Simply create your account and start searching our database of projects posted by employers. When you have found a project that is of interest to you, decide how many points you would like to bid. For as little as 1 point, you might be one of the top 3 bidders. The market will determine how many points each project is worth. The more interest in a project, the more bidders there will be. Thus, to be awarded a project it will require a bidder to have strong experience, credentials and more points, to be a top 3 bidder. The top 3 bidders will have their bid information forwarded to the employer on the date the employer chose as the bid stop date.
